Me: Hi, may I bother you for just a second?

Chet: Oh hey, sure.

Me: Are you my supervisor or is it Felix Maple?

Chet: Actually it's Lisa Hudson.

Me: Um, no. I'm not on Status Line anymore. 

Chet: You aren't?

Me: No, I do PCPs now. The last time I sent her an email regarding an early leave, she sent a reply saying it was either you or Felix. I need to know because my timesheet for last week is still pending, and I didn't get paid today.

Chet: You didn't get paid for last week?!

Me: No. I went to check it and it's still in the Pending tab.
