"I'm calling to pick a primary physician in the Salisbury area and get new cards sent to me."
"Alright sir, do you have a pen ready?"
"Why would I need one?"
"So I can give you the web address to our online directory, and once you pick a physician you can call us back and we'll set everything up."
"That's unacceptable. I can't use a computer right now, I'm trying to drive. Why can't you give me a list of Salisbury numbers, aren't you sitting in front of a computer?"
"Sir, if I look the doctors up from here, I would have to give you their phone numbers. Since you can't write them down while you're driving, might I suggest you wait until you're off the road and give us a call back?"
